Conversie optimalisatie

Bij conversie optimalisatie (CRO) is het het doel om het conversiepercentage van een webshop of website te verhogen. Het conversiepercentage betekent hoeveel procent van het aantal website bezoekers daadwerkelijk iets koopt of de gewenste actie op de website uitvoert.
